Faith In Training
FIT Started When…
Erik Rasmussen saw a need for guiding our former campers into the role of counselor and taking some of the weekly camp housekeeping tasks off the shoulders of the bunk counselors.
Teenagers in grades 8 & 9 can enroll in a week of FIT to help with housekeeping at camp while learning about the Christian Faith. You’ll be on a team of 8-12 other teens and assigned daily chores like cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, and yard work. During each day you’ll also participate in Bible Studies and classes on the basics of the gospel and Christian faith. FIT fills a need and is a great responsibility.

You, our volunteers are such a blessing to the ministry and to the children we serve! Please pray that the Lord would give us wisdom, protection, discernment, endurance, creativity, love, and alertness. Also, pray for every detail of camp, including preparations, finances, and physical needs. Prayer is the most essential ingredient!
