Youth Retreat with Meadow Creek Church

LWBC hosted a weekend youth retreat for Meadow Creek Church in November. The group had a great time at LWBC. The Deer Lake campground facility created the perfect backdrop for their weekend’s topic of “considering the wisdom of God’s Word for our friendships”, really helping to provide focus and quality time together.

The group enjoyed singing, a variety of games and deep discussions around what real Christian friendship looks like when following Jesus is our foundation. As friends, Christians experience life together, offering support both in suffering (helping one another trust the Lord as our faithful creator) and in celebration (offering our thankfulness to the Lord for his many gifts).

LWBC enjoyed hosting this great group for the weekend and look forward to seeing them again!
